Children’s Monthly Art Workshop

1. Membership Duration and Freeze Period: The 1-month and 3-month membership plans for Picasso Artists do not include a freeze period option. The 12-month membership plan allows for a one-time, 1-month freeze period, which must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the intended freeze start date. The membership end date will be extended by the duration of the freeze period.
2. Non-Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the enrolled child. Sharing of memberships with siblings or friends is not permitted.
3. Clothing and Footwear: We encourage participants to wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for art activities. Picasso Artists will not be held liable for any damage or stains to clothing, footwear, or personal belongings as a result of participation in our sessions. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is dressed accordingly.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the membership start date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this period. In the event that Picasso Artists must cancel a session or the entire program, we will provide an alternative option for the affected sessions.
5. Supervision and Behavior: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the drop-off and pick-up process. Picasso Artists reserves the right to remove a child from the program if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe, with no refund provided.
6. Medical and Special Needs: Parents and guardians are responsible for informing Picasso Artists of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect their child's participation in the program. We will make reasonable accommodations to ensure all children can participate safely and comfortably.
7. Photography and Media Release: By enrolling your child in Picasso Artists, you grant permission for photographs and videos taken during sessions to be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials.
8. Punctuality: Please ensure that you arrive on time to allow for setup. Any children arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to enter the session.
9. Artwork Collection: Artwork that is not labeled and not collected within 14 days from the date of completion will be discarded. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to unclaimed artwork.
10. Membership Validity: All memberships are consecutive and cannot be extended. Membership periods must be used in their entirety and cannot be put on hold or postponed for any reason. With the exception of the 12 months membership which can be frozen for a period of 1 month during the 12 month’s period
11. Monthly Fluid Art Session: We offer a fluid art session once a month, providing an opportunity for children to explore and experiment with this unique and mesmerizing art form. Keep an eye on our schedule for the specific date and time of these sessions.
12. Weekly Expressive Painting: Our weekly expressive painting sessions (freestyle) encourage children to unleash their creativity and express themselves through art. These sessions take place once a week, allowing participants to explore various techniques and styles without strict guidelines.
13. Group Sessions: Please note that our art  workshops are group sessions and are not considered private sessions. All children participating in these sessions will follow the set painting schedule and work alongside other participants, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.
14. Liability: Picasso Artists is not liable for any personal injury, damage to personal property, or any other loss or harm that may occur while participating in our sessions or while on our premises. By enrolling in our programs or using our facilities, you agree to assume all risks associated with participation and release Picasso Artists, its employees, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your or your child's involvement in our services.

By enrolling your child in Picasso Artists, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your child's membership with no refund provided.
