Term 1 Art Camp: Terms and Conditions
1. Duration of Term 1: The Term 1 Art Camp will commence on August 28th, 2023, and conclude on December 10th, 2023.
2. Package Prices and Session Timings:
· 199 AED per session.
· 1600 AED for 15 sessions (once a week for 15 weeks).
· 2200 AED for 30 sessions (twice a week for 15 weeks).
· 2600 AED for 45 sessions (three times a week for 15 weeks).
· Sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and on Sundays from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.
3. No Refunds: All payments made for the Term 1 Art Camp are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to illness, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction with the program.
4. No Make-up Classes: In the event that a participant misses a session, no make-up classes will be provided. It is the responsibility of the participant to attend the scheduled sessions.
5. Non-Transferability: The purchased sessions are strictly non-transferable. They cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another individual.
6. Clothing and Footwear:
· Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty or stained, as art materials may cause permanent stains.
· Closed-toed shoes are recommended for safety reasons. Sandals, flip-flops, or open-toed shoes are discouraged.
· While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the organizers, instructors, and any affiliated parties of the Term 1 Art Camp will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages sustained during the camp.
· Parents or guardians are responsible for any damages caused by their child to the facilities, materials, or equipment.
· Participants are expected to arrive on time for each session. Late arrivals may miss out on important instructions or activities.
· At the end of each session, participants should be picked up promptly. Any delays in pick-up may incur additional charges.
· The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or instructors if necessary.
· By enrolling in the Term 1 Art Camp, participants and their guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
10. Medical and Special Needs:
· Parents and guardians are responsible for informing Picasso Artists of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect their child's participation in the program. We will make reasonable accommodations to ensure all children can participate safely and comfortably.
11. Membership Validity:
· All memberships are consecutive and cannot be extended. Membership periods must be used in their entirety and cannot be put on hold or postponed for any reason.
12. Photography and Media Release:
· By enrolling your child in Picasso Artists, you grant permission for photographs and videos taken during sessions to be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials.
13. Supervision and Behavior:
· Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the drop-off and pick-up process. Picasso Artists reserves the right to remove a child from the program if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe, with no refund provided.
Birthdays: Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The Birthday Program at Picasso Artists is open to all individuals aged 5 years and above. Any participants below this age will not be permitted to partake in the event due to safety and program considerations.
2. Booking: Birthday events must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Failure to do so might result in unavailability on the desired date.
3. Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required upon booking. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. In the event of a cancellation or change of date, a credit note will be provided which can be utilized for any other painting services offered by Picasso Artists.
4. Cancellation & Changes: Any changes to the booking, including date or participant details, must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to adhere to this timeline will result in the original terms of the booking being upheld.
5. Duration: The duration for each birthday event is strictly 2 hours. Any requests for extension will be subject to availability and additional costs.
6. Guest Limit: The maximum number of participants allowed for each birthday event is 40. Any attempt to exceed this number without prior agreement will result in additional attendees being turned away.
7. Art Supplies: Picasso Artists will provide all essential art materials required for the chosen activity. Should there be any special material requests, they need to be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
8. Safety and Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a manner that ensures their safety and the safety of others. Picasso Artists is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from participants’ failure to follow instructions or guidelines.
9. Damages: The party organizer or the individual responsible for the booking will be billed for any damages to Picasso Artists’ property or equipment caused by attendees.
10. Agreement: By booking a birthday event at Picasso Artists, the organizer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
