01What age is suitable for your birthday parties?+
Our birthday experiences are best suited for children 5 years and above. We offer creative activities that are fun, engaging, and suitable for different skill levels.
02Do the children need any art experience?+
Not at all. Our birthday workshops are beginner-friendly, and our artists will guide the children throughout the activity.
03What art activities are available for birthday parties?+
Depending on your chosen package, activities may include Fluid Art, Drip Art, Pendulum Art, Dedication Art, and other creative experiences.
04Are all art materials included?+
Yes. All materials required for the selected birthday art activities are included in the package.
05Is food included in the birthday package?+
Selected birthday packages include a meal. Guests may also arrange or bring their own food where applicable. Our team can guide you based on your chosen package.
06Do you provide birthday decorations?+
Yes. Our birthday packages include selected party decorations such as a balloon arc, depending on the package booked. Additional decorations may also be arranged separately.
07Are birthday invitations included?+
Yes. Digital birthday invitations are included with our birthday packages.
08Can we add extra activities or services?+
Yes. You can personalize your celebration with selected add-ons such as Drip Bear Keychains, Goody Bags, Caricature Art, and Face Painting, subject to availability.
09Can parents stay during the party?+
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the celebration. Space availability may depend on the number of guests attending.
10Can siblings or additional guests join the art activity?+
Yes, subject to availability. Additional participants can be added to the booking and will be charged accordingly.
11Can we choose different activities for different children?+
For the smoothest birthday experience, participants are generally required to follow the same selected workshop/activity.
12How long does a birthday party last?+
The duration depends on the birthday package and activities selected. Our team will confirm the complete party schedule when arranging your booking.
13Where are the birthday parties held?+
Birthday celebrations can be hosted at Picasso Artists, Times Square Center, Dubai. Please contact our team if you would like to discuss other event arrangements.
14How far in advance should we book?+
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends and popular dates, as birthday slots are subject to artist and studio availability.
15Is a deposit required to secure the booking?+
Yes. A booking deposit is required to confirm and secure your preferred birthday date and time.
16Can I change my birthday date after booking?+
Date changes are subject to availability and our booking terms. Please contact our team as early as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
17What is your cancellation and refund policy?+
Birthday bookings are non-refundable. Depending on the circumstances and our booking terms, the amount paid may be held as studio credit or the celebration may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
18Can you accommodate a large birthday group?+
Yes. We can accommodate different group sizes. Share your estimated number of guests with our team, and we will recommend the most suitable setup.
